Gray's Golf will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and most be in the original packaging such as shoeboxes and dust bags. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card (original method of payment). You will receive your refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
